REG JONES

Inspired by the great Bruce Lee and good friend Chris Rey, Reg  embarked on his Martial Arts journey.
The style was Lau Kung Fu (now Lau Guar) a predominantly fighting style. Under the tutelage of George Wellington a very skilled and proficient martial artist the club became well known and even feared on the tournament scene.

After the untimely loss of George the club spent a few years in the martial arts wilderness until joining Liverpool legend Alfie Lewis and his Freestyle revolution and became Leeds Freestyle.

The club has always strived for technical perfection and correct application of technique and for the betterment of oneself and others through the arts.
